Expensive compared to other options available in Lisbon, but you get your money's worth. Our room facing the park on the 7th floor was spacious and pleasantly proportioned, with nice bed, bathroom (separate bath & shower and 2 sinks), a furnished balcony, and a great view. Rooms come with 2 rather than just one suitcase racks. The breakfast buffet is impressive, and the service throughout the hotel is good. At no extra cost, we had access to our room upon arrival at 9:30am rather than having to wait until noon, which was most appreciated after our transatlantic trip. Drawbacks: (1) the €18/day extra charge for WiFi is annoying, considering the price of the room. (2) you are not near public transportation and a steep street connects you to the metro, so so convenient transportation in and out is only by car or taxi, and (3) neighborhood is largely residential so there isn´t much in the way of shops or restaurants nearby.

Room Tip: mid to upper floors facing the park have the nicest rooms

Well located hotel with an amazing view over lisbon...from some rooms and the gym located on the top floor. Efficient, discrete and friendly staff. The rooms are large, nice and clean, but the design is getting a bit out of fashion. The bar and restaurant are nice, i would recommend fish and sea food from the menu, as they have lobsters fresh in the hotel. Nice breakfast, even though a touch expensive (38€). MInibar also too expensive for Portugal 5.5€ for a soft drink. Finally, getting charged quite expensively for internet is no longer acceptable for this category of hotel...

Room Tip: Ask for sea view

We had a three day stay here after a wonderful cruise and it did not disappoint. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom, both very well appointed and clean. The common areas were also beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail and interesting artwork. The service was impecable and everything was done to make the stay a memorable one. It is not in the centre of things but benefits from a more pleasant environment overlooking a lovely park.

Room Tip: It is worth getting a room overlooking the park.

I was booked into another hotel in Lisbon and when I arrived in the evening at that hotel...I was dissapointed in the location and style. I immediately called the Four Seasons...they gave me a GREAT rate on a balcony jr. suite, they sent a driver to pick me and my travel partner up, and within an hour ...I was "home" with a martini in my hand. Our bags were lsot by the airline and the concierge contacted the airline to follow up and arrange for delivery to our room when they arrived. The front desk gave us an "emergency" kit with personal bathroom needs since it was all in our suitcases.
Thank you for seasons for rescuing the last three days of our european vacation.

I stayed at the property for ym Honeymoon and it was everything I could have imagined. Everything was 1st class from the staff to the restaurant to the beautiful indoor pool to the wonderful Room Service. Traveling from Paln Beach, Florida it was definitely worth the long trip across the pond. The Mothers day buffet was the best we had ever encountered. Their staff is very genuine and we would like to personally thank Juliette at the Bar, Daniella at Concierge, Carmo & Margarida at the Reception for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Room Tip: Having a room on the 7th floor gave a picturesque view of the city and its definitely worth the mone...

This hotel lives up to its five star rating. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to any requests. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and the dining room is beautifully decorated. The food in the dining room was excellently prepared and presented although somewhat pricey. The concierge recommended several local restaurants that served delicious Portuguese food at reasonable prices. There is a well-equipped gym on the roof with a terrific view of the city. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
