We spent 4 nights at the Four Seasons hotel in March and it was wonderful!! The room, the staff (especially Sergio and Patricia), the wonderful quality of the entire experience was great -- everything was superb. The bed was great and the room was quiet. No matter what we asked the staff, they had a helpful answer and great suggestions.

Confort, confort, and confort!
Gentle service, excelent spa!
I just don't understand why a first class hotel as the Ritz Four Seasons has to charge in room WIFI connections, while many others business hotels don't.

I start out saying the best hotel in Lisbon and give it a 5 star which is true but not necessarily a true 5 star hotel according to American standards...The location is great, walking distance to the metro, double decker bus tour start, restaurants, shopping and a beautiful park. The lobby, sitting area and bar are huge and elaborate. The breakfast buffet was good. The shops were very high end jewelry shops, we wished they had a casual resort wear shop that we could get a logo polo shirt for say $100-$150 for hubby. The service as always was perfect and the Four Seasons chain is top notch in consistency of service. Our room and bathroom were huge! Large balcony overlooking the city of where we had room service lunch on one occasion which was served hot and yummy. The beds are very comfy and good quality pillows. The shower was a powerful rain shower with optional handheld. The room was dated/worn but it didn't bother us. The valets were on spot with taxis. The fitness center was great for a full workout with Pilates machines, stretching room, lots of cardio, free weights and machines but the best is the outdoor running track overlooking the city. The SPA was lovely with indoor pool, sauna, steam room, fluffy towels, robes, slippers, everything you need to get showered and ready to go afterwards. The treatments were top notch.
If ever in Lisbon again, we will only stay at the Four Seasons Ritz. Excellent stay!

From the moment my bags were wisked out of the taxi and the doorman greeted me by name to my last morning having my bags packed by the maid, I was spoiled.

This hotel offers everything that a 5 star hotel can offer.

Our room was beautiful and the bathroom luxurious.

The lobbies were impeccably beautiful with fresh flowers everywhere.

I can't wait to stay here again.

What a wonderful experience. Our room was superb overlooking the city and Eduard VII Parque. The food was terrific at the bar, including the best Cuban pork sandwich, I have ever tasted. The service from the front desk staff, concierge, bellmen to wait and bar staff could not have been more helpful.

Despite booking less than 24 hours in advance, not only was our request to have a room on a high floor fulfilled, but our honeymoon note meant we were welcomed to our room with champagne, chocolate strawberries and a personalised letter from the hotel manager. It was a lovely touch that suited our evening arrival perfectly as we enjoyed the city lights from our 8th floor balcony.

Our 'Deluxe' room was spacious and comfortable, but did not have the sofa and elegant furnishings I had expected. The marble en-suite was impressive, with two sinks, separate bath and shower and a closed-off toilet. Likewise, the communal areas of the hotel were luxurious and as you would expect from the Four Seasons chain. We enjoyed a lovely evening in the lounge area and, although we did not have the opportunity to use the facilities, were showed around the spa and incredible rooftop fitness area. Breakfast was not included and we did not use the restaurant, but the room service food was satisfactory.

The biggest disappointment was communicated to us via a letter from the manager upon arrival: the pool would be closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay. We had actually made the decision to stay at a hotel with an indoor pool before we even decided to visit Lisbon, so it was such a shame to have not been forewarned about the closure. The only other negative I will add is that it took a while to check-in while we waited for a suitably trained member of the reception staff, despite being the only guests in the lobby area at the time. Apart from this incident however, the staff were absolutely perfect.

Any negatives did not end up having a significant impact on our stay as we had a wonderful few days in Lisbon. The city is beautiful and the Four Seasons is conveniently located by the Marques de Pombal, allowing views of the Eduardo VII Park and a wonderful stroll along the Avenida da Liberdade to visit the main attractions.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor overlooking Eduardo VII Park

50th birthday trip. My brother took me to Lisbon from Connecticut as it was a short and direct flight from NJ. The hotel is lovely. He booked us on the club floor. Room very modern and comfortable. We had two twin beds, actually seem a bit larger than twins. Our view from the 23rd floor is to the south, looking at the river, bridge and the statue across the river.
Having the lounge right next to out room was better than having a suite. It gives privacy and another place to go while the other is showering or still sleeping.

Ms. Maria Simoes in the lounge is wonderful, see is very professional and helpful. Also Mr. Simoes, concierge, same last name, no relations, was great. He booked us a dinner at a fado restaurant. An experience of a lifetime.

Hotel location is great, $5 to $10 euro cab ride anywhere and also easy walk down to the waterfront.
This Sheraton and Starwood Resort is again top notch. We'll be trying the spa later today.
