This was my first time in Lisbon, and I mistakenly thought that the hotel was in the town centre. It isn't, but it is very easy to get to the centre, using the excellent (and empty) metro system.
The hotel itself is in a quiet district. The common areas are very clean and spacious. I was disappointed by the room that I was given. The bed was too big to be a single and (way) too small to be a double. The decoration had its finest days behind it, and the bathroom smelt a bit musty.
The hotel apparently has 4 stars, but for me, it struggles to merit 3.

A 25 minute journey from Lisbon Airport, the Real Parque Hotel was unknown but surprised by it's ideal location in a quiet part of the city. We paid for an upgrade Superior room as was blown away when we found we had a top floor location on the corner of the hotel with a dual aspect view across the city. Breathtaking. The twin-bedded room was well equipped, clean and had ample wardrobe space for the clothes we brought for a long weekend.
The hotel is close to 2 Metro stations, but the easiest is station under the Cort D'Ingles department store half a kilometre away (the hotel will provide a map), and this provides easy access to the main areas of the city. (We really enjoyed Lisbon, I hasten to add and a trip to Orient (the site of the Lisbon Expo in 2002(?)) is well worth a visit..
Breakfast in the hotel is buffet style with a good selection. The evening are quiet and relaxed but we ate out every evening so we can't comment on in-house facilities.
Overall, hotel is well worth considering when visiting Lisbon

i booked this hotel as it was in a great location and had good reviews. I first dealt with the concierge (Rita) who was excellent! when we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and efficient, rooms were amazing, very large and well equipped. Views on the 10th floor were fab! breakfas was really good with a varied selection. We all agreed it was a great hotel, and would definatly recommend and return again!
Thanks to all!
Tina.

Room Tip: there is a great tapas bar 2mins from the hotel! The train station is really close and walkable. As is the huge shopping centre.

We were a group of 21 girls and had a brilliant stay. Hotel is very well located. Rooms are spacious and clean. Showers are great.

Staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. In fact they were all prepared for our arrival and check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast was all you needed from fresh fruit salad to eggs and bacon / no complaints. Dining room is spacious and airy.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didnt work in the room, however as we were on the ninth floor we left the window open. Not sure if A/C worked in other rooms, a few of the girls said it didnt but didn't ask them all. Fortunately for us it wasn't that hot during our stay so not an issue. Could be in the heat of summer though. Didn't use any spa facilities. As other reviews have mentioned no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms.

Room Tip: One side of the hotel has balconies, better ask if you want one.

Just back from a long weekend here with five friends. The hotel was not opulent or luxurious but was absolutely everything we needed it to be and represented excellent value for money. All areas of the hotel were immaculately clean, the staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone. You can walk into the centre of town from the hotel or get a cab for less than 5€.
