We were booked in by our agent and it was a good choice. The room was clean and modern, comfortable bed, hot shower and good breakfast (included in our package).
The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions

Great location with decent sized clean rooms. Staff and service excellent. The breakfast is very good with a lot of selections.The dinner buffet was 17 euros and not what we expected in terms of value. A little overpriced and not really worth it.
Overall, a great proprty and would definitely return.

Although, regarding your remarks I should say:
- Right on the spot: 4 of our most important strong points - staff, service, breakfast and location (only missing the cleaning, flexibility and accessibilities)
- Perhaps you were at the Restaurant in one of our busier days at dinner because our Buffet it's great and with an excellent ratio of quality and price (please send us some suggestions). Even so, we are now improving the dessert's area

Was booked into this hotel by an agent - definitely worth the short stay even with how far out of the city it is. We used the metro and had no issues - the metro stop Sao Sebastian is right around the corner and gets you everywhere you need to go. The front desk staff were always pleasant, very informative, and helpful. Breakfast was decent - and someone was always available to assist during breakfast.
The only complaint we had was how noisy it is. We could hear every step, sneeze, and conversation our neighbors had. I do believe it was the same people the whole time and they were SO loud. Not sure how much of a hotel issue it is or just how unbelievably loud they were about everything. Stomping, showers, laughing, etc. They were up before we were each morning being loud and were up well past us trying to sleep.
Housekeeping was probably the best we’ve encountered. Everything was very tidy each day and we were very thankful.
There is a safe, mini fridge, tv, shampoos, lotions, etc.

I booked the hotel primarily for location. It is on the metro red line with direct connection to the airport and Oriented rail station. Downtown is accessible on the blue line. Entrance to Sao Sebastiao is two short blocks away. The room was exceptionally clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

As you said, we are in a almost unique location of the city, close to the downtown, but at the same time, away enough of the that busy part of the city that can be so easily reach by metro, taxi or even walking through the Parque Eduardo VII and enjoying some amazing views from here.
We are pleased to see that our major richness, our staff, have been accordingly to your expectation, as it happens with our breakfast, cleanliness and several other Hotel services.

We spent four nights at this hotel over New Year and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s very modern and the room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - lots of choice, both hot and cold, and lovely sweet treats. We had the buffet dinner one night and it was certainly good value for money. The hotel appears to be a bit out of town, but it is right next to the Sao Sebastio metro station, bus stops and not far from an overland train station. It’s about 15 mins from the airport on the direct metro line and we got everywhere we wanted to go easily and cheaply on public transport.
The hotel has a pleasant bar which isn’t over-priced and all in all it was great value and very enjoyable.
