We ate at Huang He, on Berna Ave, Lisbon, also near Campo Piqueno.

We ended up eating there 3 times! Couldn't beat it for value anywhere.
We arrived at 7:30, just as they brought out the buffet for the evening.
It was colorful, crisp and fresh.
Huge selection, for 8 Euros I think.
The service was pleasant, the food varied and yummy.
We stayed at a hotel across the street, and after being at a trade show, touring Lisbon all day, going on a walking tour and day tour (Inside Lisbon, highly recommended), were happy to come back to a quiet neighborhood and relax in this lively, full restaurant.
Best is to get there just as they bring the food out (7:30 I believe) so that its all freshly made.
I loved that the veggies were crisp and not at all overcooked as is the case with restaurant veggies lots of times.
There were so many delicious options on the buffet table and it didnt look at all mass produced or industrial.

Food quality good
Service very good
Tried the buffet. Not bad.
They serve some Sushi with wasabi and Kikoman Soya.
They keep the buffet area clean.
Try it reasonable cost.

Had dinner here on a Sunday, restaurant was packed, but the staff remained friendly and efficient. No buffet available, but the menu is extensive. Food was very tasty, with fresh ingredients and good portions. Excellent value: main courses are between 5 and 8 euros. Definitely recommendable! And easy to find.

We only stayed in Lisbon for three nights and on our first night we spent alot of time and effort trying to find a restaurant only to end up in Mc Donalds not really my first choice of cuisine.
Then after some research on Trip Advisor We found this place from the out side it doesnt look much but when you enter it is lovely. Beautifully decorated and quite big.
We both opted for the buffet which has a very large selection from traditional chinese restaurant food to sushi for those who like it and a nice selection of fruit.
It was also good to see the menu in English too, I know some people would say if you go to a country you should learn the language but we were only here for 3 nights.
Overall a lovely meal great atmosphere and a reasonable price too will definately use again.

It was a great value lunch, and our food was fresh, hot, fast, and tasty. (We went on the weekend, so we didn't have the buffet.) The eggrolls are shaped like hot pockets, which is a bit strange, but they are served with a yummy duck sauce and are super tasty. My sweet and sour pork was really well cooked, and again the sauce was great. It doesn't have much in common with the "Chinese food" of NYC, which I find more authentic and spicy, but for Lisbon this was definitely the best Chinese meal I have had. It is worth the trip to this out of the way neighborhood!
