I recently travelled to Libson and at the last minute decided to book a private tour through Trip Advisor's recommended guides. Jose at Premium Tours, responded immediately when others took hours to respond. It was a very busy weekend in Lisbon and he didn't have any guides available but went out of his way to reach out to other guides and secured us a guide for both days. The guides were exceptional, friendly, punctual and very knowledgable. We had an excellent tour of the city with Sandra and the next day of Sintra and Casais with Hugo.
I would highly recommend Jose and Premium Tours and both Sandra and Hugo, if you are traveling to Lisbon.

Booking this private tour was one of the best decisions ever! Jose was very friendly and was very prompt in responding to requests for booking information. My tour guide John was very attentive and very knowledgable of all of the great scenic spots! He was absolutely incredible! A private tour is the absolute best way to go!!

We had a few hours to spend in Lisbon so decided to book a private tour with Portugal Premium Private Tours. Boy were we happy that we did!
Jose, the sales development manager, responded very promptly to our reservation request (I'm still waiting to hear back from one of the others I contacted!) and helped us plan our very bespoke tour.
Joao, our tour guide and driver, was waiting at the airport to pick us up. A very nice man, and very knowledgeable about Lisbon and Portugal, showed us some of the beautiful places that Lisbon has to offer. Afterwards, he very kindly gave us tips as to how best to get to our vacation rental -- taking the time to provide us with a map and even offering to partially accompany us (we were heading off in the same direction).
We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Jose was excellent from our initial contact via email, he responded promptly. and made very good recommendations.
He was at the hotel early waiting for us to come out the door. He was very accommodating and adjusted the schedule based on the time we spent at the different locations.
We actually got to see a lot more than was originally planned. He never hurried us and was always ready when we got back to the car.
We highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Portugal.
