A lovely warm welcome, with very friendly hosts. Igor, Marisa and Johanna were extremely knowledgeable about the local area and able to help with any queries regarding travelling, sight seeing, eating out etc. The rooms were stylish and very comfortable, with air conditioning. Lovely breakfasts, with lots of choice. The B&B is in a quiet location on a steep pedestrianised hill. Local bars are lively at night but not disruptive. It is within easy distance of all public transport, restaurants, bars, shops. A perfect location for a base to enable seeing Lisbon and the surrounding area.We had a lovely time!

Room Tip: There are only 3 rooms, so book early!

Once more thank you for our nice time in your little hotel.
Good location makes this hotel a good choice for anyone

This B&B is located inthe oldest part of the city of Lisbon, but near the river, near shopping areas, near restaurants, near Fado restaurants etc, etc.
The building is new, very nicely aranged and equiped. Small but very cute!
Excellent service and really professional assistance for touristic activities and traveling matters!

A perfect location for sightseeing and nightlife and convenient to the airport. Modern, spacious, immaculate with delicious home made breakfast choices Included in their very reasonable room rates.
However, it is the epecially warm reception from Marisa and owner Igor that makes this B and B so very Wonderful. They are only too happy to help you focus on the very best of their city and always taking your own interests into consideration before making suggestions. Upon returning from Fado after 1am we found Igor waiting up for a couple who earlier in the day had felt unwell. He had gone to the farmacia for them and wanted to make sure they returned safely from their dinner.
Even the roadworks that were ongoing immediately outside did nothing to dampen our spirits-they just provided a little extra push to get up early and carpe diem!

Excellent location. Good value for money.
Rooms are sparkling clean, spacious, modern, luminous. Bathrooms are modern and clean as well.
Breakfast is great - choice of bread + cakes + flakes + ham + cheese + coffee/tea + fresh fruits...
Located in Barrio Alto, everything is accessible!

The only downside: the street was undergoing some works so it was a bit noisy, dirty with sands and temporary shelters, stinky - it looked like the open toilets of the area with dog poos every square meter.

We had a great time and were treated like royalty by Igor and Joana. We had a great room on the 3rd floor and was a great, comfortable stay. It is located in the center of the city, close to everything, you can't beat it.

We spent 5 days in Lisbon as a mini holidays. We chose it following the recomendations already in the web. And we were not dissapointed. The B&B is situated in the center just 20 mints walking to the middle of the town, and close to Barrio Alto, the best area to have some drinks.
The room was amazing, great and minimalism decoration. We have and extra add, we booked the room on the top... gorgeous views (the river and the roofs of the neighbourhood). The room was spotlessly cleaned. The breakfats was very good with a different homemade sweet every day. The girls, Marisa and Joana, really friendly and helpful with advice for sightseeing and local restaurants. We have a few chatings with them, quiet interesting, and never feeling it were intrusive. We give a score of ... 10!
Thanks for those days!
Gracias! espero que la proxima vez podamos hablar un poco mas en espanyol, ahhh gracias por descubrirnos Costa Caprica! XD

Room Tip: Pay more for the top room, but you have a little more of luxury!!
