We stayed 5 nights here and found this really good value for the location. The hotel is in a quit side street and had double windows and triple curtains so very quiet. The air con was great, the water pressure brilliant and the rooms were vert clean and tidy. The room was a touch small, and no coffee / tea but this is very minor. The breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent and recommend you include this ad part of your stay. Hotel is only 100m from metro and a nice walk down to the shopping areas.

Room Tip: Two lifts and no waiting issues. Try for a twin room as doubles are only 4'6''

Maybe a little tired looking but a lovely hotel in an excellent position and very clean with a goood choice of food for breakfast. Complimentry port in evening and jugs of lemon and mint water in reception all day.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We spent three nights there and were in room 507 which is in the front part of hotel. A little noisey but not enought to spoil our sleep. Double room was ok size. We were out all day so only really in room to sleep. Beds comfortable and very clean.
The airport bus stops right near the hotel which is convienent, with the return airport stop opposite. A very pleasent walk into the main square and walk down to the river. Lots to see around the area and most walkable. It is very hilly in parts. The 28 tram is a must to go on, one way, then back again so you can take in the areas and some of what Lisbon has to offer.

Room Tip: If you have trouble sleeping ask for a room at the rear of the hotel.

We found this hotel on the internet and were delighted with our find.
The room was excellent and the staff so very helpful.
We had to leave early as my wife was taken ill, we could not have asked more of the staff with their care and helpfulness.
We will certainly return and complete our tours of Lisbon.
Thoroughly recommended

The staff at this hotel were particularly helpful. The Breakfast was fabulous with all the Famous Portuguese pastries as well as the usual cereals, fruit and cooked breakfast.
The Bar was comfortable and friendly and the best place to use Wi-Fi which worked very well in this hotel.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Don't forget to go into the backstreets for more interesting restaurants, including vegetarian food.
There were markets in the Park behind the hotel on Saturdays that had some interesting and innovative local crafts at good prices.
Busses and trains are close by and the hop on hop off bus is too.
We had trouble with 'grayline' tours pickup and drop offs from this hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful.
I strongly suggest that those using 'grayline' tours package deals go to their depot at the top of the hill to confirm all their tours when they first arrive. Grayline Lisbon do not send confirmation of bookings and pick up to the hotels the day before the tour.
