I have stayed in a few Ibis before, I found that this ibis has the best qualities; the staffs are nice, the bathroom is spacious compare to the other Ibis and the renovation overall is relatively new. One of the cons is that the hotel is a bit far from the metro station, other than that, I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for basic and good value option.

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night only to watch a champions league game and see the city of Lisboa. The hotel is great with its facilities and cleanness, but the staff were a bit rude, and the location was far from the nice places, which makes it difficult in Lisbon where public transportation is not well structured.
With a car all would be great especially with the free parking you can spot across the street from the Hotel (Thanks to MJGKentUk's review in April 2012)

This hotel was both comfortable and very well serviced, even though it is smaller than most American hotel rooms. Breakfast was a bit pricey for the type of food that was offered and we were able to find a more economical and varied breakfast downtown. The hotel has a great location with two metro stations within short walking distance. Across the street from one of said stations, the S. Sebastio, we were able to shop at the "chic" shopping center called the "El Corte Ingles". We were also able to arrange two tours at the hotels front desk. One was a two day (better value), hop on/off city tour which had a bus stop almost in front of the hotel. The second was a four city tour which picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel entrance. Both tours were also a great value. The only set back was that the hotel did not offer free wireless internet service. However, they did provide us with free 30 minute internet access vouchers upon request. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Portugal.
