I'm from Lisbon so I don't usually stay in the city's hotels, I did go to this one because of a business meeting and stayed for one night. It is a great hotel with the perfect location (quite centric) and with such nice and helpful staff from maintenance to reception. I went there with a group of spanish people and felt so proud of this hotel being portuguese because it was really very nice.
Our bedroom on the 7th floor had a great view of the city specially to the S. Jorge Castle.
