Stayed with a friend for 3 nights in a Tower Room. Lovely room quite old fashioned but that added to the ambience. Beds very comfortable and well stocked mini bar. We had the added privilege of using the VIP room which means free hot and cold drinks at any time of the day in a beautiful lounge. Very well located (bit of a walk but that suited us). The staff are exceptional in all parts of the hotel. Very professional. The breakfast fantastic. I rate this hotel very highly. I don't think anybody could be disappointed.

Room Tip: Tower rooms spacious with a lovely view over the city and free wifi

We spent a week in this wonderful hotel and will gladly come back and recommend it for many reasons
- professionnal and welcoming team
- very good bed
- good seize room with a nice view over Lisboa (Tower room)
- nice indoor swimming pool
- excellent breakfast and good Italian restaurant

The location ils good, quite close to the touristic areas but metro is 10mn walk.

the hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from the historical center, walking to the city centre takes about 15 minutes. The lobby is very impressive and the staff is very friendly. But - don´t change money there, the rate is extremely bad. And wifi is not included in the rooms, only in the business centre

It's lovely

Very nice rooms with good beds and extremely nice and helpful staff. The hotel is not directly in the city but in walking distance from the metro or you can get into the city for 5 -6 Euros by taxi. Breakfast is a bit overpriced but see comments below about VIP lounge

Room Tip: Ask for room with front room. The breakfast is very expensive but if you choose a VIP room (15Euros...

We stayed over New Year 2012/13.
The room was nice and clean and the staff was were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel has a touch of luxury and it is well worth a visit. And it is just 10-15 minutes walk to the old part of Lisbon or you can take the bus just outside the hotel.

We stayed over New Year in a suite on the 20th floor. The room was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. This is a lovely hotel with that touch of luxury and is well worth a visit.

Room Tip: We stayed in a suite - beautiful decor, fantastic views of the city.
