We stayed here for one night while in transit in Lisbon. The hotel's airport shuttle is only on demand for airport pickups. You must call the hotel when you arrive- which is very difficult to do when traveling internationally. The tourist info desk at the airport will not call for you, and the pay phone seems to be out of service. To get to the airport in the morning, you must reserve 1 of only 6 seats in the van and then hope it leaves on time. We had to take a taxi for $7.50 euro which was probably less than the roaming charges for an international phone call.

This hotel is like a time warp the interior is battered and worn out the hotel smells bad and lacks cleanliness. Bed sheets stained bathroom disgusting and beds so ancient just not what you expect from the Radisson chain very disappointed. Waste of 92 euros.

Our last 2 nights in Portugal stayed in this nice hotel closed to the airport. Our room is at 10 floors with beautiful view, if window is closed well, you won't heard any noise from the highway and Metro. The breakfast buffer is great, and staff was helpful and friendly.

Room tip: High floor is better with no noise

I got the room with two large beds, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean, with a bathtub and two sinks. The breakfast was very good also. The only point is that it is close to the airport, so it is far from the touristic points af Lisbon, but there is a subway close by.

The flight company offered a huge discount in a business class fare, but you had to stay a night in Lisbon. And then nothing worked as you planned. The guy who drove the van of the hotel went to buy bread for the recepcionist and left me for more than 50 minutes waiting outside a cold and windy bus stop. So you just gave up dinning out and just want to leave this pre historic place. Portugal is a joke. And will always be.
