we had our flight cancelled and put up into this hotel. the reception staff were friendly and efficient to get us checked in soonest at the early hours of the morning with 3 small children. the family room is neat and tidy with the relevant amenities for comfort. negatives of hotel: the common areas like carpets need some updating. the wifi is extremely slow.
the food was great and the waiters staff were very friendly and accommodating us for the whole day while we waited for next flight.

This is a nice hotel conveniently located next to a METRO station so access to downtown is very easy. Nice room (all five in only one) and clean. TIP: If you want to save some extra money , a few steps from the hotel there is snack cafe for breakfast .

We are gold members and reserved a room with a bed and an extra bed. The hotel also advertises a shuttle service The hotel is 5 mins away from the airport.
You have to call to arrange for the shuttle to pick you up. When I called, i was told that the colleague to drive the van was too busy to come pick us up. He might show up in 15 mins or so, or not. so we took a taxi.
We did not receive an upgrade and when inquired were told that the hotel was at 100% occupancy. oddly enough, I could still book rooms via otas and clubcarlson. hhmmmm...
We also did not get the third bed we ordered and paid for.
Upon departure, I was told that the shuttle bus ony runs in the AM, but we needed it in the PM. In the end, one of the employees sacrificed himself and drove us to the airport,
For a hotel with a slogan something like "We say yes" or similar, it was more of "I I say yes when I run out of excuses and reasons to avoid giving you service".

This was a huge disappointment and we will certainly not stay at this property again It shows that there is huge inconsistencies between Radissons across various countries You can't assume that all Radisson Blus will have an acceptable standards at all properties

This hotel is a good business stop for Lisbon, easy access to the airport with a shuttle running to the airport. Taxi ride is about 5-8 Euro depending on traffic. It is close to the metro station and the city. Food, restaurants and bar is good and the room is really comfy and has a trousers press in the room. Easy access wifi was a plus.

This is a nice hotel conveniently located next to a METRO station so access to downtown is very easy. I only stayed a short time so will keep this brief:
PROS: close to metro station, clean, safe, restaurant is nice
CONS: there was an empty water bottle in my refrigerator. My guess is it was from a previous guest and the cleaners missed it. Not a big deal to me, but if my wife was traveling with me she may have been more concerned.
Overall, would stay there again.

This is a very comfortable hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful but I would give one piece of advice. The hotel is close to the airport and this seems good, but it creates a problem you should be aware of. Walking with luggage is not really feasible and the metro journey between the airport and hotel is indirect. The best thing is to take a taxi but the taxi drivers, who have been queuing for hours to pick up a fare from the airport are not pleased to just take you on a five minute journey with a fare of only 5 or 6 Euros. The first time we came here, we arrived late at night, the taxi driver insisted on being given 20 Euros and we were too tired to argue. They second time it was daytime and the taxi driver was grumpy but honest. We gave him 10 Euros even though the meter only showed 5.30. Getting from the hotel to the airport is no problem because you just have to book the free shuttle from the hotel. Perhaps one day the airport will provide its own shuttle from the airport.

Me and my fiancée stayed here for one night on our way back to London after a road trip in north Portugal. The room was clean, had a good view (10th floor) and was fairly modern. Only negative was that the cleaner seemed to barge in without knocking!
