Very convenient location right next to the metro station (S. Seastião) and "el conrte inglês" short walk.
Efficient service, good breakfast and acceptable rooms even with a tight double bed (1.40 m) and poorly soundproofed.
Parking is paid but the price is reasonable (€ 7.50 p. day) and the hotel kindly allowed me parking after check out at no etra fee.
We'll certanly return.

The thing to note about this hotel is its convenient location - 50m from the Metro station serving two lines. We stayed herevfor 3 nights.
Plusses- the location: there is a giod shopping centre within 100m, the rooms are large and spacious and the staff are helpful.
Minusses- no restaurant in the hotel, breakfast is basic and room decor is unimpressive.

Hotel room was a good size, has a lift. Staff on the front desk really great and full of information. Just a short walk to the big shopping centre and the hop on hop off bus. Metro is just outside (don't be put off taking the metro - it is clean and easy to use). If you want a lovely walk into the main city it is only about half an hour down tree lined streets. You can ask for a kettle for your room if you want to make a cuppa.

Hotel is well located. It's clean, next to him are more hotels. Asi 5 minutes walk to get to the big shopping center El Corte Ingles. With pleasant walk you are able to come to the center of Lisbon.

Room Tip: lacated near to the big shopping center El Corte Ingles

for the money i paid this is a good hotel that is well looked after and has helpful and friendly staff who will go out of there way to help you.the rooms are more than adequate, however if your six foot plus, like me, then your going to struggle in the bath, fortunately there's a shower as well.like most people say there's a metro opposite the hotel which is very quiet and will take you in to the city in 5 mins or you can walk it in 20 mins, also if you want to go to sintra, sete rios railway station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.in the surrounding area of the hotel there are plenty of cafes but only a few restaurants, also within a 5 minute walk i noticed a couple of supermarkets.for the people who like a cuppa in there hotel room be advised there are no tea/coffee facalities in your room.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a quick visit to Lisbon. The location is good - not right in the city centre but a 5 minute metro ride away (and the metro entrance is right outside the hotel!) It was nice to sleep in an area outside the main city as it's quieter. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff friendly.

Again, this is not where you go if you're expecting luxury. For the 50 euros we paid per night, we weren't expecting more than what we got.The hotel is located opposite the Sao Sebastian Metro station and that is the biggest plus! It's an 8-minute walk from Saldanha square where the airport shuttle drops you off. The city centre is about 4 stops away on the metro. The staff at the bar and the front desk are very, very helpful with recommendations for good restaurants, places to see, etc.
The room that we stayed in was small and the bathroom was tiny. Everything in the room (linen, towels, pillows) looked recently bought. After a long day out in the sun, it felt really good to go to sleep on the amazingly comfortable mattress and the duvet was just right for the 14degrees C outside.
The negative, we thought, was the tiny bathroom that looked clean but seemed to have a strange smell on account of there being no ventilation. It did bother us.
Breakfast was average and included in the price - cereal, bread, ham, cheese, croissants, cakes, biscuits/cookies, cut fruits, tea, coffee, cocoa, and juice. The coffee (with milk) was exceptionally good.
