We visited thid wine bar after Castelo. Was a wine bar it's worst than castelo. To eat was more variety but less quality. In retiro you can ear some fado, but again low quality. We were expecting much more from this space

This was a fun place to have wine and listen to Fado. The menu was very limited for main dishes but the wine prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was fun. The Fado did not start until 10:30. It is mostly a wine bar so I would consider eating dinner first and then go to this place after for more wine and some side dishes.

My husband and I ate at this restaurant on Thursday Oct. 20th and had a wonderful meal with attentive service. The restaurant holds about 40 people and the interior is stone and has a slightly musty odor so you definitely feel like you are dining in a wine cellar. While we chose Thursday evening because of the live Fado music--we learned after we fot there that it did not start until 10:30 PM and we were leaving on an early flight the next moringin so we could not stqay. Nevertheless, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Very cozy and friendly restaurant. We spent a wonderful evening listening to Pedro Moutinho and other fado singers. Will definitlely come there again.

I advise this wine bar, to all those who think they have seen everything.
A place to enjoy fine wines and food, with an architecture with more than 300 years.
Thursday is the Portuguese traditional music "Fado" live. It's beautiful as the Portuguese people hear Fado, in total silence while enjoying the traditional flavors of wine and gastronomy.
