If you're in Lisbon and you don't visit this wonderful spot then you have missed out.

It's out of town but easy to get to by subway on the red line (unless you have a motobility issue - not all of the tube stations cater well).

Thank Nick P

Very good lay out and full of information. The central aquarium is magnificent. All the oceans are represented in a fun way, to include birds and mammals. Definitely worth a visit...especially as the entrance fee is only 14€.

The Oceanario was developed for the 1998 World's Fair in Lisbon. It is a magnificent exhibit covering all of the world's oceans. All of the various regions are interconnected like they are in the real world. A fantastic exhibit for both young and old. Lots of places to eat and see in that area.

Beautiful place to see the underwater world! Beautiful places to seat and enjoy. And that center tank two stores high... make you feel that you are inside of it!
