“Worth the trip”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

Great experience with lots to see. The area could do with some more good restaurants close to the aquarium. Bit of a trip from the city centre but worth it.

“Probably the best in the world”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

Superlatives are accurate for this aquarium. It is fantastic with a breathtaking collection of creatures that live in the seas. The displays are fantastic. One could spend hours here. It is a real treat and next to the large shopping center Vasco De Gamma.

“Fabulous oceanariums and interesting modern architecture”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

Not cheap to enter but hours of entertainment and great metro and shopping centre designed by Calatrava and the amazing Vasco da gama bridge . Took the cable car one way which was fun. Fair amount of walking but well worth the trip .

“Best oceanario in Europe”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

It's huge, spacious and air conditioned. Clean aquariums. We've seen a lot of different species of fish, turtles, shellfish and marine animals. You need at least two hours to see everything.
