The meal was extraordinary and ranks with the best I've had in top restaurants around the world but to get it you have to take a risk.
They have a limited a la carte menu but the reason to go is for the Chef's tasting menu which is called a surprise menu.
You choose 3, 5 or seven courses and the waiter won't even give you a hint as to what's coming (though will tell the chef if there is something you are allergic to or just don't like.)
My meal included a heavenly taste of soup, octopus so tender I never would have known what it was, swordfish, an amazing version of crisp suckling pig and multiple little deserts that melt in your mouth.
Your meal will be completely different but take a chance!
