The hotel is one of the smaller ones in the Turim group. Though the rooms are superficially fine, they are not exceptional and the modern decor is rather tired. The breakfast is not particularly good with little choice. The check-in process took ages despite having checked in online to speed things up. The member of staff who checked us out was arrogant to the point of being rude and did not apologise even though the mistake was his own. Would not recommend this hotel.

For the price it was pretty good. Its in a quiet neighbourhood and there are some nice restaurants nearby. It's a little bit far from the main sights though but it is very close to a metro station and you can get into the centre easily. The room itself was a decent size with a nice view (we stayed on the 6th floor). Everything was clean, but the bathroom had a strong smell of bleach.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful, check-in and check out couldn't be easier.

Although rooms are small, but very well maintained. Everything available for a cosy stay. Breakfast spread is limited but good enough. All staff are cordial. No restaurant for lunch or dinner in the hotel, but many eateries are available nearby.

Very basic, but clean and tidy. 20 minute walk into Lisbon town centre. Rubbish view from room, looking over a school and other apartments, so don't visit if you are wanting a nice view. Reception area smelt of toilets, and very strong air freshener trying to mask the smell. No issues, staff friendly.

This is masqueraded as a 3 * hotel. It is not!! The rooms are basic with a faulty spring mattress - not what you would expect of a hotel. The amenities were pretty basic too. My biggest complaint is the air-con not working!! This was during the hottest day in August in Lisbon! Despite complaining to the receptionist every morning, nothing was done to fix it.
The breakfast is pretty basic too. A continental spread with stale bread, croissants and meat cuts. The cheese pastries were baked once a week by the looks of it. The pineapple juice was pretty run down. The only positive thing about the breakfast was the fresh fruit.
