Visited this restaurant with my wife and daughter last night and was very satisfied with the food and wine menu.
As allways when you get 9 diffrent dishes served it will nramaly always be some which is better than others but all over the quality and tastes was excelent. For my self and my wife the lasagne dish with accompanying wine (Sweet dessert wine) was excelent, I would never have thought a dessert wine would go well with a dish like that but it really did. So over all it was very good and the restaurants own way to make a dessert variation on the famous Pastéis de Belém (nata) tastes was really a excelent way to end the evening. So thank you to you all at 100 Maneiras for a nice evening with very enjoyable food and excelent service. We will be back again in october when you have a new menu ready.

A "French-cuisine" kind of restaurant really overpriced. A typical Michelin-star like restaurant without the star. In Portugal there are much better restaurants for half or 1/3 of the price. Issues:
-Some members of the staff were very professional and friendly but some really arrogant;
-Very small place (claustrophobic even);
-Very, very small portions (typical from the "French-cuisine");
-Not Portuguese food enough (and I am Portuguese);
-Even with only two wine glasses, I paid 85Euros per person;
In Portugal, please don't go to these restaurants; there are much better choices, also for a more Gourmet experience.

Dear sir/madam
we're sorry to read your comments and we truly regret that your experience at 100 Maneiras didn't meet your expectations. Regarding the price, we believe that a nine-course tasting menu that costs €45 can hardly be considered expensive. With more than 100 references in our wine list, we believe it's easy to find a wine that fits everyone's tastes and budget. When you offer a nine-course meal, the portions are carefully calculated so that the final result is balanced and people don't feel hungry at the end. Of course, we accept that maybe some people like to eat more, but we have to design a menu for the average costumer. It's also strange that you mention that our restaurant is a “french-cuisine kind of restaurant”: no, we're not a traditional portuguese restaurant and we don't present ourselves like that. But we use many portuguese ingredients and many of our dishes are inspired by portuguese traditions – our signature dish, cod clothesline, is the best example of that.
And yes, we are a small restaurant, with only 30 seats. We're located in a historic neighborhood and we can't expand the building – that's why we only work by reservation.
Kindest regards,
100 Maneiras

One of the best meals I have had in Lisbon. Very small restaurant, with Michelin type rating. Had the tasting menu paired with wines. Food was very good starting with dehydrated codfish, followed by octopus nuggets followed by summer oyster. All very good, then came the salmon which was excellent followed by foie gras lasagne. Then there was a risotto( OK ) then a palate cleanser which was excellent finally a bloody pigeon. The cheese and ham was very good followed by their version of nata. Overall I would give it 8 out of 10. Wines were average, all Portuguese.

100 Maneiras definitely deserve their stars.
Our visit was a present from my brother and my sister in law, and they picked the best restaurant. This was the fourth day of serving the summer menue, and all the staff was very enthusiastic. I do not want to spoil the surprise by giving details, but just tell you that reading the tasting menue cannot in any way prepare you for the playful and tasteful experience. We came just when they opened at 19:30 and stayed until a bit after eleven and enjoyed every drop and every bite.
A big thank you to everyone at 100 maneiras who made this a fantastic experience and to my brother and his wife for picking this spot for us.
