We went to 100 Maneiras during our week end in Lisbon. It was an escellent experience. Their winter menu was delicious. I think in France they would easily got a Michelin Star. Service was friendly but attentive. Definitely a good experience.

The format of the meal here is a sampling menu (about 9 courses). You tell them what you can't/won't eat, and then the chef builds the meals based on whatever he's found that day that he liked. The food was delicious and creative, and extremely reasonably priced for this type of meal (45E). There are matched wine flight options that are a must (35E or 60E, depending on the cost of the wines you want). Our Sommelier was excellent and treated us to some great wines and a killer Medeira at the end. A must if you're in downtown Lisbon.

I hardly give 5* to any of my reviews. This place deserves a 5*. This place is very intimate, only about 8-10 tables for the entire restaurant. I went with my fiancee and had the degustation menu with the wine pairing. Price was really fair for a 7-10 course dinner. The first appetizer, chip bacalau ( cod ) with sauce was just exquisite (there is a picture on this site by one of the reviewers). Menu consisted of pigeon ( which for me was the best item in the menu), rabbit, squid etc. The service was also extremely personal and incredible. There were about 4 servers for 8 tables. Our bill came to 172.00 euros for 2 people which I think is reasonable. You pay for quality not quantity. A must in Lisbon if you are here for over 2 days as one night should be dedicated to a Fado experience. Only confusing part was there was a sign that the restuarant opened at 8:00 pm but we had reservations for 7:30 pm; we waited outside until 7:50Pm when one of the servers asked us if we were coming in and I said yes but you are close. She stated they open earlier than 800 pm. If you speak English you would be ok to ask any questions. Would come back.

Great place to have a "journey" through 7 (I think!) tasty dishes. Watch out the wine guy.. he can easily 2x the bill!
