The actual accommodation we stayed in was modern and clean; but the horrible smell in the hallway outside the apartment, which was due to the bins on the ground floor, was disgusting and unhygienic.
Private transport was very inconvenient and overpriced (€30). It took an hour for us to eventually find the driver on arrival for check-in. Moreover, transfer was booked at 3pm to the airport on the day of our check-out, and the driver didn't even make an appearance. We tried to ring the telephone numbers many times, but they all went straight to voicemail. Obviously, after 25 minutes of standing outside waiting, we gave up and got a taxi instead (€7). We messaged them saying we had left the keys inside the apartment as soon as we left, and I received a message from the company 20 minutes later asking where I was because the driver had apparently rang the bell several times, which was a lie because we were stood outside the accommodation for 25 minutes. The illustration of their unreliability here, could have caused us to miss our flight.
The day after we had arrived back to the UK, they had the audacity to request a fine of €100 via TripAdvisor from us for leaving the keys inside the apartment. Not only did they not apologise for their mistake, they even accused us of leaving without any notice, revealing their dishonest and deceitful behaviour. This was definitely not a nice way to end a holiday. Never again.
