We stayed here for 4 nights initially whilst in Lisbon and came back to later to stay a further 3 nights!! The hostel staff are awesome and helpful and the breakfast pancakes are delicious!! We've stayed in alot of hostels during our trip to Portugal and this is easily in our top 2 and will be highly recommended!!

What an AMAZING hostel!
I stayed here for 2 nights with two of my friends in the 10 bed room. It was €18 the Thursday and €21 the Friday but it was well worth it! From the second we walked in until the moment we left we were treated with family and enjoyed Portuguese hospitality at its best!

When we first arrived the desk representative gave us tons of information on Lisbon. When I say tons of information I mean every aspect of Lisbon, the surrounding areas, and even Portugal were described. I have stayed in many hostels in my times travelling and this hostel BY FAR gives the most detailed information. Even if at the time of receiving all the information orally there are maps, diagrams, and information bubbles lining the hallways telling you where to eat, walk, explore, drink, visit, etc. I was in shock at how informative they were.

After being given the tour of the hostel we decided to plan out our day in the kitchen and another staff member came around and asked us if we wanted some cake. They sat down with us even and talked a bit about Portugal and made sure we were comfortable knowing where to go.

That first night we went out with the pub crawl of the hostel (€8), which included a beer or drink at the hostel and 3 drinks at the bars we went to! The guide from the hostel was amazing and super nice! I can't remember his name, which is a shame, but he should definitely be recognized as a great employee at the hostel for all his tips, information, and general humour!

Breakfast is included and it is quite large. There are a variety of breads, mini croissants, cereals, coffee, juices and the best part... Banana pancakes! They make them for you personally. As if this hostel couldn't get any better!

To top it off, the hostel is SUPER clean, wifi works great and the free computers to use are helpful, bathrooms are clean, kitchen is stocked with utensils, and the service is impeccable.

The ONLY downside to this hostel is the locker situation. In the bedrooms there are lockers for every person but you have to pay! Even if you have your own padlock it is a coin operated system. This is the first time I have ever seen in a hostel where you are forced to pay for a locker.

We stayed here 3 nights and got to know Lisbon as the locals know it, thanks to all the tips we got from the staff. We visited great places with good transport, cute typical restaurants and spend a great night on a fado, that was not touristy at all!!!
The rooms are clean, some very large. Breakfast is included, there's a lounge and tv room with many moovies you can see free of charge.

The hostel has super friendly staff that are very helpful in terms of finding good things to do in Lisbon. The hostel is always clean including the bathrooms. During my stay, the staff made delicious pancakes in the morning for breakfast. The best hostel I have ever stated at!

This is the best hostel experience I have ever had. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they are knowledgable about the area and always happy to help. The rooms are clean and secure with individual storage lockers. It's in a good lovcation that's walking distance from most of the sights. Best of all they treat you like family here. The breakfast selection is extensive and they even cook you pancakes fresh if you want them. There are cooking facilities available and half the time when we were there the staff had made something to share at dinner time. Absolutly loved it!

Room Tip: They are all good.

Even though its the only hostel i've stayed in, I think id prefer it to a hotel. The staff were amazing and with the beer and sangria so cheap you cant go wrong. The staff were around 24/7 and were always keen to help, even if returning drunk. I've herd the breakfast was amazing however, did not manage to get up in time for it. Very cheap and the rooms were clean. Not one complaint !!!

Room Tip: Larger rooms are cheaper !!!
