This was ultimately the best location in Lisbon! Located right by Rua Augusta in the downtown area aka Baixa.. You can easily get everywhere you want to go right from here.

This hotel is beautiful & super modern in the inside with a old & beautiful facade from the outside.. Even though it's an amazing location it's located off a quite street at night so it's super quite! The staff is also amazing!

You will not be disappointed! Enjoy Lisboa!

Vincci Baixa is a perfect place to stay. Minutes walk from the square where all the transport and tourist buses stop. Turn the other way and you are in a pedestrian area with restaurants shops etc. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. Added bonus is a laundry just minutes away.

Vincci Baixa is a superb choice. My husband and I were there on a combination of business and sightseeing and could not have been more pleased. The location is excellent, easy waking distance to the Alfama, Baixa, Chiadu, Praca Comercia, Rua Augusta and other sights, with convenient access to restaurants, cafes, wine bars and shops. The staff are courteous and welcoming; all speak English. Our room on the 4th Floor faced the street with a small balcony, which was a terrific bonus; delightful! With windows closed, the street noise was not a problem. The room was small but well designed with bedside tables and reading lights, an espresso machine, a small desk, a tiny closet, a comfortable bed, and an excellent shower. WIFI in the room worked well. The decor is sleek and modern, in gray and black, clean and elegant. Perhaps some additional noise protection would help, to avoid customers hearing other visitors in rooms adjacent. Overall, highly recommended.

Room Tip: I would suggest the top floor. Our room, 410 was on the corner, so only one room adjacent to us and...

Location:
hotel is situated 50m from the main square in Lisbon, at the street with no tram (!), buses and other bigger traffic. That's the great advantage, as the trams are making huge noise with echo on narrow streets. You can reach hotel with metro from airort and bus (bus stop is 30m from the hotel, taxi costs 18E)

Room: very small, but clean, with one wall made of mirror :)
if you are not going to spend most of your time in the room- take it!

Meals:
We didn't order meals in the hotel.
I reccomend small bar/cafe, behind the corner (leaving hotel youturn right, than you pass one street and in 10m on the right you can reach it) which is managed by very nice and pretty old couple :)
Breakfast for 2 persons there (2 cappucino, 4 buns) costed us about 12E. In the hotel - 15E/each person.

In the city we were eating smth tasty and smth bleeeeee.....so it is up what you will catch ;)

Internal travels: buy 1 day card (cost of card is additional 1 E) and you will go wherever you want in fast and clean way. For ex., ticket of 5 Euro, we could use for metro, trams, train. Is to reccomend.

and at the end, smth of "-":
Men on main squares, streets, everywhere- asking you if you want to buy drugs....
and believe me- no matter how odl you are and how do you look like- they just made a kind of tame in one street once asking each person... mamma mia......

so- summarizing- takle good shoes with you, be ready to step high hills, try cold Sangria with fruits, don't forget suncream, and don't exepct big traffic or crowded areas- there are not.

And visit for sure Caiscais!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good luck!
We will back there for sure.

Room Tip: we had room on 5th floor - no view (wall), but who cares!!!!! was to see city outside of the room, n...

We had 24 hours in Lisbon and wanted to make the most of it, seeing the old city and exploring the charming streets. Vincci Baixa not only has the best location for this but it impressed us so much, we wish we could have extended our stay. Very comfortable, amazing staff. We felt welcome from the moment we walked into the lobby.

Breakfast is 15 euro but really worth it: they give an excellent buffet of eggs, pastries, fruits, cereals and meats and cheeses. We were not left wanting.

Highly recommend this hotel. We'll be back.

Room Tip: All rooms have sound-proof windows. We had the top floor (4th) and couldn't hear a thing either...

I booked this hotel last minute and was not disappointed. We stayed here in July for 2 nights. We are a family of 4 (2 young kids), so we booked what was described on the internet as a family room - it was two interconnecting rooms. It did specify this in the booking. It turned out very well though as it gave us the space we needed. The rooms are small but with we didn't find it a problem. The bathroom is lovely. We didn't take breakfast with our booking as our children don't eat much, and there are so many options outside. The reception staff are so friendly and were very helpful with directions to the parking garage. The location is fantastic. Free wi-fi is good.

Rooms quite small, but the space is well spent. Clean rooms. Light and modern style, large and comfy beds, minibar, and free wifi with excellent quality. Very central location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and harbour area.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was quite OK. All in all, excellent value for money, will probably choose the same hotel next time in Lisbon!

Notice: If you bring a car, the hotel only offers parking in a public garage approx 700 m walk away.
