Me and my girlfriend needed a comfortable hotel for our vacation in lisbon and I guess we found it!
We booked through Orbitz and the rate was extremly low for 5 days. We couldn't be more pleased with the service; they booked a car for us, showed us on a map the best locations and were always friendly, during our requests of dry cleaning or room

Hotel location is great, metro is accessible with 5 minutes walking.

We did not try the restaurant.

I spent a few days at the hotel as part of a quick escapade to Portugal.
The hotel is very conveniently located near to everything, the big shopping district as well as the center of town, and the nightlife.
The service is very personalised and the staff are very courteous.
The rooms are very decent, a bit small but good by European standards.
Overall it is a very good city hotel. Not an over the top luxury 5 stars but a great value for money 5 stars.

This is not a 5* hotel as purported.

Rooms are okay, clean, with a small TV with a defunct remote. Beds comfortable and air conditioning was good. Not luxurious by any means but fine.

Service was mixed - in some places good, especially reception staff. Service at breakfast was absolutely hapless and on one occasion incredibly rude. Breakfast buffet itself was pretty average and the hot food was not kept especially warm. Nice bread buns.

Ordered a room service pizza - arrived on a grandoise tray belying the quality of pizza: small, processed and frozen for €15. Shockingly bad.

Over all not a bad stay but this hotel is not a hotel of 5* quality.

What a gem of a hotel.. large enough to have all facilities but small enough to be personal. Rooms are superb.... Very modern and sleek with all the extras you want. The staff are so excellent to from the minute you walk in they are explaining the hotel to you and the surrounding areas and giving you tips of where to go etc. The breakfasts are good and again lots of attentive service. Drinks etc., are very reasonable and good measures given. I had an early morning start at 4.45am on my return but they had a taxi waiting for me and a breakfast box. It is a little walk to the actual town centre but this is not a bad thing as your out of the hustle and bustle and the walk down is lovely.. bit hilly coming back! But there is always a taxi. By the way, I had a taxi from the Airport and only cost me 14 Euros so I would take a taxi!

Had a comfortable 6 night stay at the hotel which is quite centrally located. Do be mindful though that the walk to/fro the main shopping street can be quite a chore because of the slopes.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable at the front desk though I would not say the same for the team manning the place where we had our breakfasts in the morning. Front desks staff certainly do go the extra mile - incredible service. An example is on the case where I was vegetarian on a day. I requested in advance to see if I can have soya milk from the restaurant which was turned down immediately. Tried my luck with the front desk and on the stated day, there was soya milk seated on the buffet spread.

Buffet spread is mainly continental but there are scrambled eggs and bacon daily. There is also a consistent, generous serving of a variety fresh fruits.

Room is both clean, comfortable with good sound insulation. Facial tissues (in the bath room) come in small packets. There is also tea and coffee making facilities in the room though it doesnt come with any servings of milk or creamer.

A taxi ride to the airport takes about 20 to 30mins. Upon our arrival our taxi costs 25 Euros and only 15 Euros on the return journey.

Overall, a very pleasant stay in a 4 star hotel.

Good hotel with excellent location in the city of Lisbon. The staff are helpful and the facilities are ok, but the management need to review some finishes quality on the rooms.
More a 4 stars, than a 5 stars.

I stayed here for a long weekend with a friend of mine. Overall, the hotel was very good: the beds were extremely comfortable, the a/c (which is much needed in Lisbon) certainly got the job done, the location was prime, it was very clean, and the hotel staff were very nice. I would not put it on the same caliber at the four seasons, ritz, or mandarin, however, I was certainly impressed and would definitely consider staying there again.
