I would say that this is a four-star hotel but service is definitely five-star plus. One of the staff went all his way to recommend us to a restaurant with suckling pig when he knew that we want to try out this famous Portuguese dish. Too bad that it was our last night and we did not catch his name or thank him because the restaurant that he recommended was excellent and turn out to be the best meal I had in Portugal. The hotel staff was also very helpful and suggest a car rental company to us which has excellent price. The hotel is not at the absolutely center of the city and a bit of walking uphill from the city center. But it was excellent for us to walk slowly back after our full meal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Property wasn't comparable with some of the other 5* hotels I have stayed since it's quite small. Bedroom size was ok. I rate the customer service at 5* however. Any concerns was attended to professionally and on timely manner.

This is a 5 star hotel in Lisbon with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, pillow menu, air conditioning, free wifi, safety box, etc. The toilet is integrated in the bathroom but it has no separate door. And as in many design hotel the door is made ​​of glass. You can not see through it but it sounds through it.

The breakfast buffet is fresh and include a large variety of fruit. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Lisbon is built on seven hills and there are many steep streets which in itself is part of the city's charm. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown, but it is a fairly steep walk.
