Do not hesitate to make a booking at this splendid hotel. We had a fantastic four days here and couldnt find a single fault with the place. I think it was the quietest hotel i have ever stayed at...!!!! no corridor noise, no noisy lifts, no banging doors. Great location near to two metro stations. Lots of places nearby to eat and drink. Really nice place.
Stayed here in July 2008 when it first opened and found it a very comfortable stay. Contemporary and stylish interiors with good rooms, the glass doors to the bathrooms might not suit everyones taste but shower was great. Public areas are a bit compact but what you expect for city centre hotel. Well presented buffet breakfast available in the mornings and we could sit outside on the terrace. centrally location within walking distance of everything. The whole city is on steep hills so no avoiding that!
I stayed at the hotel with some work colleagues for a few nights after a conference. The hotel is centrally located and the staff had good tips on where to eat and drink and what to see and do. The rooms are clean and fresh with modern fittings. Only grumble is that they only provided two pillows for a king size bed, however, I'm sure I could have requested more pillows if need be. Highly recommend it.
Well situated hotel, close to all Lisbon amenities. The hotel rooms are quiet and spatious, equiped with all the modern traveller can ask for.
Eurostar das Letras has a very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast is nice, but not worth the 5 star rating. Anyway would stay here again if I visit Lisbon again.
Smart and stylish hotel close to Avenida & Metro. Can be a steep climb from Avenida unless you take the next left. Comfortable room, nice breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Handy for exploring all the Lisbon attractions.
I stayed here in the summer for a week maybe and really loved every bit of it. The staff were super friendly, the room was very spacious and clean, the amenities were really good. It's a short walk to the metro station which came in handy, would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
