Although I'm not a big player, I usually like to try a new casino every once in a while, when I travel along Europe. A lot of countries I've visited don't have casinos like this one. The decoration is great, it's pretty roomy and the air extractors work fine so there's not a lot of smoke even in the smoking areas. It's a 3-story building and it has not only a lot of excellent classic and video-slot machines, but it also has all kinds of table games plus a restricted playing room.
There's a very nice bar by the entrance where you can enjoy some good music and dancing.
Plus, like other casinos in Portugal you don't have to give your ID card and wait for some casino card (you're never going to use again) to be printed.
If you're into casinos, this is a definitely must-see; and it's close to a lot of nightlife attractions so it's a good place to start your night.
