Okay this was fairly cheap especially considering the free secure parking. On arrival we were met by Antonio who was very pleasant and showed us the way to the parking garage and then up to the flat on the 15th floor. The lifts were working and the flat was very secure. He was available should we have needed him but not intrusive. Inside it's more a studio flat with a small balcony, with views across the city, a separate kitchen and bathroom and a pull out bed in the lounge. The bed frame had seen better days and dipped in the middle so we found sleeping with the mattress direct on the floor was okay as the mattress was good. The bathroom was very small with the toilet very close to the sink and an awkward bath screen to navigate round to get in the bath to be able to work the shower /bath taps. The kitchen was a reasonable size, with a washing machine that worked but with an on off switch repaired with a screw. Kitchen cupboard doors were a bit loose as were a few of the saucepan handles. The microwave and oven were greasy but overall the apartment was mostly clean although dusty in places. I've rated it average as it was fairly cheap and in a good location with good parking. The facilities here could do with updating and renewing.
