“Time flies...”
Reviewed September 28, 2013

This has been one great restaurant, but not any more. Overall years went through this restaurant, and now is an expensive option for poor meal in a mall.

“Very nice restaurant located in the mall”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

Our first evening in Lisbon and we wanted to get early dinner to go early to bed as quite exhausted from the travel.
We were the only guests in the restaurant at that time, but we were treated in a great way: very attentive but not imposing. We enjoyed both of fish dishes and of course a bottle of Mateus rose. Very nice tastes, portions were perfect and the bica was very good. Highly recommended if you want to eat something different than fast food in this mall Amoreiras.

“Madeira's style food in Lisbon”
Reviewed July 26, 2013 via mobile

This is a Madeira's restaurant in Lisbon.
Great food with great service.
Try "espetos": pieces of meat served in a sword with types of potatoes.
Good wine selection with good prices.

“nice upscale restaurant in the mall”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

Nice cosy wooden cabin interior. Not a fast food restaurant. Typical cuisine from madeira. Good service, very attentive and polite. Menu is food. Try either seafood or espetadas. Not cheap. The madeiran garlic bread is a good starter.

“Great atmosphere just like in Madeira Island”
Reviewed December 30, 2012

This is a regional cuisine restaurant in a shopping mall in Lisbon that transports us truly to the Madeira Island atmosphere! Situated in an almost hidden corner of the Food Court of the Amoreiras Shopping, this is not a fast food restaurant. In fact it has a very pleasant, relaxed feeling , excellent decoration and very attentive service. Food served here is typically from Madeira: beef fillet skewers , black " espada" fish fillets with banana, corn fritters, and quite a few other delicacies. You would not expect to find this sort of restaurant in a Mall and it is very pleasant to be able to sit confortably on leather couches in their small entrance bar savouring a glass of Madeira wine while waiting for friends or for an empty table. The restaurant is on 2 floors and is quite big but is popular and quite crowded at lunch time. Waitresses are dressed in the typical Madeira regional outfit, very colourfull and pretty! Prices are quite reasonable so this restaurant is defenitely good news and deserves a visit!
