Great hotel next to the Basilica. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious.

The hotel is centrally situated. Just over 5 minutes walk from the Basilica. It is quite a modern hotel with all amenties for a 4 star hotel. The service is very good and staff are helpfull although a few could not speak English. The breakfast is very good although quality is not always consistent. I will definitely not recommend eating at the hotel for both the quality and price. You find better quality and value in other restaurants in the vicinity.

Room Tip: Higher floors are much better. The first two floors are usually reserved for groups and they can be noisy.

Our group of 44 pilgrims stayed in this hotel for 2nights.Knowing that Fatima is one of the highlights of our tour, we made sure that we chose the right hotel and we never regretted our decision.Practically we chose this hotel because it was no.1 in the trip advisor, proximity to the Basilica and because of the good reviews it generated. All the reviews I read before our stay was correct and not exaggerated. The lobby is quite spacious and the staff were polite and accommodating. There's this one staff I think his name is Americo who was very helpful and friendly with our group. He extended his service even beyond his call of duty.He is truly an asset of this hotel. The rooms were clean and quite big.The bathrooms were neat and tidy.Talking about the food..our group had a sumptuous breakfast and dinner for 2 nights. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back here with another group.

I have just returned home after my 12th stay at this hotel. The staff and service has never waivered. It is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location to the Sanctuary square - the Capelhina, the Basilica, the new Church of the Holy Trinity ...... I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fatima.

Room Tip: They are all good rooms

The hotel is friendly, with good English speaking staff. It is very close to the shrine. The room was of a nice size, with a very nice bathroom which was stocked with good accutromonts. Would highly recommend this facility and would use it again.

Room Tip: In addition to the scheduled masses in the Basillica and the Church of the Holy Trinity (the new oversized church) there seemed to always be a mass ongoing at the grotto chapel. Frequently these masses are not listed on the schedule.
