Peaceful and serene hotel. No frills but excellent customer service and kind people. The hotel is new and has a "feng shui" feeling to it - grey and white colors, peaceful music in the background. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Fatima and to reflect the special nature of this place.

We arrived at this hotel cold wet with no passports no money we couldn't even find our car!
The receptionist looked at us and offered us our room and a map and an umbrella as we looked like tramps we were stunned and truly delighted. The staff make this hotel they have all been wonderful we would stay again. The beds are the comfiest that we have slept in since our arrival.

After spending some time in Lisbon, we came to Fatima for a family pilgrimage. The hotel is new (circa 2 years) and is absolutely beautiful. A subtle art-deco style with a tasteful and elegant touch. The rooms and beds were excellent and the free wifi had a strong signal from our room. There is a bar in reception where you can order drinks and snacks and free parking if you drive (as we did). It's a 5 min walk to the basilica which is absolutely beautiful - if you make it to Fatima, you must also walk to Aljustrel to visit where Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco were born (only a 1 mi walk). Finally, the hotel restaurant rivalled the cuisine we had in Lisbon with local dishes freshly prepared accompanied by excellent wines (I had the grilled Octopus - excellent). If you are going to Fatima, make sure you stay here.

We stayed only one night at this hotel, wish it could have been longer! Very good location, close to the bus station(10-15mins walking distance, or 4,85 Euros by taxi with luggage), 3-4mins from the sanctuary. Staff were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfy, with even an electric kettle for tea/coffee. Buffet b-fast was great. Would recommend it to anyone who visits Fatima.

Room Tip: Higher floors have less A/C unit noise

Hotel very close to Basilica. Beautiful hotel- clean and quiet. Excellent parking and very friendly staff. Food in hotel was good and staff wonderful. One of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip. Would definitely stay again!
