only stayed one night but found the place great with old world charm modern facilities, would stay again, only problem is eating in estoril, do not eat at grill brazil, not good. worth going into Cascais to eat.

We went as a large group back in July and could see that the hotel is undergoing some changes. Updating some old parts etc etc as you can no doubt see from other reviews. Pool area was good and breakfast room had plenty of room although you may have to ask for a top up on some of the things.

My room was great, nice bathroom, plenty big enough. Our safe was free too, just had to ask for some code or something. Maybe just the luck of the draw?!

Great location if you don't want to be in Lisbon.

Free port at the desk on arrival and departure and if you engage with the staff you'll have much more fun than if you just expect things to be 100% off the bat. Probably not worth an official 4 star rating but then I don't really know how that works and it was quite pricey compared to another place I used nearby for a couple of days. Gets 3 stars on here as a bit overpriced. Would like to give it 3.5.

Changed my room from a very old fashioned, rather shabby room near the elevator on the 4th floor to one of their modern rooms - but these are on the road, so noisy when the trucks start up in the early morning. Not a four star experience, although good shower. Horrid hair dryer, no tea or coffee facility and cheaply put together. Minimal breakfast, although in my experience the staff were kind and helpful
