This restaurant is located in one of the nice hotels in the Center of Portugal, in Coimbra. We really enjoyed the service and the location, the food was inline to what we would expect, but I can not consider all great dishes. We selected the menu Pedro and Ines: €65 for a 5 course meal (1 entree, 1 soup, 2 main courses and a dessert). In my opinion the best ones were the fish (turbot perfectly cooked) and the dessert (crunchy milk custard). They recommended us at the beginning a sparkling wine "Quinta do Valdoeiro" which was excellent and they had the courtesy not to charge for it. For the meal we selected a Douro wine and although the list is not extensive, you will find a good selection for each of the main wine regions of Portugal.
Despite being a restaurant expensive by the standards of the country, location, cuisine, environment, worth a visit. I recommend.
