We popped in here to get away from the river front, after we had walked up and down the street trying to follow a lovely cooking aroma. This was the souce. It's very close to the Azevedo and Casa Da Ria hotels.
This is typical Portuguese local-style cuisine. We just wanted a simple meal for the night and nothing fancy. My dad had the chicken with chips, rice and salad, I had lovely sardines with bell peppers, potatoes, and my partner had a very nice pork dish. 3 main courses, 3 desserts, 2 bottles of wine and a beer came to 53 Euros which we felt was excellent value.
