We hiked this trail on a rainy day. The path was wet, but the sense of adventure was awesome! We went by cows pastures, fields, and caves. This was a difficult trail, but very rewarding.

There's only 1km of road at the last part of the journey. Other than that, it's all mud trail, rocks, boulders which you have to navigate. It was pretty fun!
But be careful some of the rocks are sharp, my jacket got a few holes after the hike.

This is a nice hike. Lots of areas are boggy/marshy and some parts are narrow which makes this trail moderately tough. Quite a pretty one nevertheless with changing landscapes. You begin near a small and pretty lake. The walk then takes you in under the cover of the scrub trees. This is where it gets a little tough with lots of boggy areas. Good luck if it rained the last night! The two volcanic rock mounds or the misterios provide a nice contrast to the rest of the landscape. At a point during the hike you are practically at the base of one and can climb up onto it, but be careful as these rocks are pretty sharp. The landscape later changes into pine trees and then grasslands. There are some wooden gates along the trail, make sure you close it after you- they help keep the cows safe. The whole circle takes a couple of hours.

This trail is about 5 km and begins just past the grutta natal. You got a good map in the beginning of it and has marks all the way around so really easy to find your way. Says on the sign it takes about 2,5 hours, but we made it in under 2h.
The first half of it was absolutely amazing with dense cool forest around. The middle bit has a bit of climbing up and down some rocks but not hard at all, only good fun. The second half went through a cow field and more open terrain where apparently its quite muddy and wet most of the time, We had some rain coming down on us once we reached this area and had water up ankle deep. We figured this was due to the rain but the locals told us it's always like that on this trail so bring spare socks and good shoes.

Good trail and once your done pay the grutta natal a visit.
