You need to get in the spirit if you go here, the chef is the server the somellier and the dish washer. But he is insanlly talented. Food is simple tasty... perfect. Get in let him pick, the food the wines and get on the journy.
I went with a chef and a somellier Belge. We arrived he said he didn't have time for us, i said we could wait, I asked if i could thake care of our own wines, he loved. He said great can you por me one too.
We waited than we seat ....Food took time but when it come out it was perfect.
Tuna just seared
Octopus, crunchy outside tender inside
beef, tasty perfect searing... beatifull balance between fat acid and spicy.
Desert. Classic, fine.
