Interesting idea, except if you're not good at cooking. I either left the thing on too long or took it off too quick. I'd rather have someone who knows what they're doing do the work for me (as that's what I'm paying for). Also, not sure how this works with health codes -- serving raw pork, chicken, fish, and seafood on top of each other can't be right. Probably another reason why I overcooked things. However, It's a very popular place with the locals, and it's a pretty cool spot.
