We spotted this beach from a walk over the cliffs (I've uploaded the photo), and decided to drop in. It's a beautiful beach with soft sand, two coves and a lovely aspect with the cliffs, rocks and sea stacks. When the tide is in (it was about an hour before high tide when we visited) the beach drops away quite quickly, so the water gets deep quite quickly - worth knowing if you are going with children. Access is by wooden steps down the cliff from the car park
There's a very pleasant bar/restaurant in the second cove (also accessible by steps from above) that sells snacks, drinks and ice creams - and remarkably not very expensive.
The downside, if there is one, is that gets very very busy, and it's frequently difficult to park.
If you like sandy coves in the cliff with rock pools and don't mind the steep steps and a busy beach, it's worth visiting. If you prefer open sand, shallower water, more space and relatively easy parking, try Meia Praia beach on the other side of Lagos.
