The location of the property was 10-15 mins to the old parts of Lagos and close to Praia Dona Ana and Camilo beach. Its also 15mins to the train station, if you've booked Ponta de Piedade Grotto sightseeing cruise or other cruise sightseeing trips, the departure point is close to the station, so this too is walking distance, if you're able it's best to walk it than get a taxi.
The villa we were in was no 39 which was the Romantic Junior Suite, it was on the last floor, we had 2 patios! overlooking the swimming pools. The rooms were clean and spacious, the grounds were lovely and clean, there were also 3 swimming pools and the breakfast was ok.
The staff were very helpful right from when we checked in and out, they helped with where to go and how to get there. They where also helpful when Hoppa the transfer company we used to transfer us from and to the airport left us stranded, they arranged a taxi for us.

The fan!!!! it was just noisy, however we did not report this to the staff, so I suggest if you're going to need the fan to get the staff to look at it from day 1. Also it would have been good if the pools where heated, when we stayed there the weather was not as hot and we could not use the pools, though they looked inviting

This is the best place to stay in Lagos due to proximity to great beaches and the historic town. The room we had (“Superior” as I recall) was VERY nice and we have high standards. Large, well equipped very comfortable and a modern, large bathroom. Our room was in a building that was just around the corner from the main building and very nice, more like a small condo or apt. Two minute walk to main. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. It was light, bright with a small balcony. Loved it. We were there in Oct so no children playing in the pool.

Staff were extraordinarily helpful, nice and eager to assist. Room cleaning was thorough and convenient. Bed was very comfortable.

Absolutely recommend this hotel and, among other favorable aspects, it seemed amazingly reasonable. In fact, I was suspicious about whether it would meet our higher standards but the effusive reviews compelled us to book...and very glad we did!

BTW, the restaurant around the corner next to a parking lot (recommended by hotel reception when we arrived late) was the best and we otherwise dined at the better restaurants in Lagos and Sagres. It was more of a local’s restaurant but the fish and wine were superb and, again, surprised by the modest price. We went because it was close and it was late and if we stayed longer we would have gone every other night!

An adults only hotel with 3 small pools and "private" terrasses outside each room. It was a cosy hotel with a homely feeling rather than a hotel feeling. The Location is a 10-15 minutes walk to the old parts of Lagos, but it close to one of the famous beaches - Praia Dona Ana.

Wow, we loved it here. We stayed in Villa Rosa, which was cheaper, a 5 minute walk from the main hotel where breakfast is served. We preferred Villa Rosa, it really felt like you were in your own private luxury accommodation. We had a nice room with a comfy bed, good air con, a rainfall shower, plus a kitchenette area with fridge, glasses, bottle opener etc -everything you need. Secure free parking inside the grounds for our motorcycle. The pool area is newly installed, beautiful pool, and plenty of comfy sun loungers. Most of the time we had the area to ourselves, and even had our own private terrace area, perfect to sit with a bottle before going out.. The guys running the place could not have been more helpful, they escorted us to the Villa and even came back to provide us with beach towels. They also had good advice on restaurants and activities (the Kayak tour they recommend is great). Great location really close to some excellent beaches. Very near to some lovely restaurants - Onda Norte, Paraiso & O Camilo. Breakfast was very good, but not great. The quality seemed to vary day to day, but nice to have fresh juice & Cava. They really should try to improve the squeeky decking area where breakfast is served though. Highly recommended, especially being Adults Only.
