Located close to our hotel we took a stroll to Gaivota Branca this evening. Greeted by friendly staff who showed us the fish choices before showing us to our table. Service faultless - fun ,efficient, chatty and helpful (football was one too - big plus for my husband). Food delicious. Bread was baked freshly this evening and fabulous. Avocado vinaigrette scrummy. Cuttlefish and sardines were our fish choices with potatoes and delicious vegetables in a yummy garlic and oil sauce. Husband had almond cake which was beautifully served with icecream. And to top it off beautiful sea view. Highly recommend

Literally just left this place & felt compelled to write the review straight away! We were served by Nelson who was fabulous... attention to detail was perfect he was informative & very welcoming. We have ate in lots of restaurants in the Lagos area none of which we enjoyed quite so much! We only wish we had of found it sooner as we head home this afternoon! If you visit try the drunken chicken superb!

Expensive!!! good fish and yes fresh. for 19 Euro an entree we expected free bread and butter. nope!!! our seven year old likes bread and butter. 50 centimes a butter and the same for bread. This is a tourist trap, regardless of the view.

Well from the road it looks like just another beach bar... but looks can be deceptive and in this case they certainly were. What a wonderful setting overlooking the beach and ocean the views only are enough to make you want to come back. The food, excellent and fresh seafood all on display so you can choose what you would like the sam goes for the tank of lobsters and crabs, fantastic. Food well cooked and served to perfection this place is a must.

Your typical 'fine dinning' look, got us fooled. We felt like having some coffee. Cappuccino and latte in 'double espresso' cups. Coffee was burned and bitter, latte had a drop of milk and cappuccino got topped with canned whipped cream. So happy we didn't finish a meal with such a disaster.
