We've been going to Lagos for a few years and it is so good to report that Bar Linda is still as good as ever.
Even on anunusually chilly February afternoon, with the wind blowing and a spectacularly high tide, this well established beach bar/restaurant provided us with a warm and inviting haven overlooking the town end of Meia Praia beach.
Lovely fleecy blankets over the chairs to warm intrepid beach combers provided a welcome comfort. The lovely Geordie lass, Michelle, greeted customer old and new with a smile and made us feel like long lost friends. Food is fresh, reasonably priced and the clam chowder was simply the best I've had outside of the US. Never did find out why it’s called ‘Linda,’ but someone said it means beautiful – whether true or not,- it certainly is a remarkably beautiful location!
