The food in this restaurant is really first class. Carlos is always on hand to suggest the best fish dishes and Gina makes the most wonderful desserts ... her mango mousse is out of this world. Another great dish is the special lamb which needs to be ordered about two days in advance. I have never had a bad meal here and I have been visiting Lagos and Cantinho Algarvio for over twenty years. Top marks also to the staff, Lydia and more recently Edouardo who are always on hand to help and advise and make everyone feel at home with a friendly chat. This restaurant is well worth a visit because once you eat there you will not want to go anywhere else. I can't wait to go back.
