Lovely food with great service. Glad we booked as can be very busy! Not a great fan of fish, but the way they cook it...Delicious! Fabulous Calamari. Paid a visit twice during our stay nearby this restaurant.

Unspoilt, traditional restaurant, very friendly staff and best service too. If you like fish, this is the best in Lagos, the real deal. Dont be put of by the antiquated appearance- youll love it and want to go back.

This place was recommended to us by a local working in another restaurant in Lagos. She said it was where all the Lagonians went for their fish as it was excellent value for fish. We went and it was a magnificent experience. Our referrer told us to book as we wouldn't get a table otherwise but we didn't and chanced it anyway. The place was heaving but we luckily nabbed a table for 2 inside. We sat and got our drinks and observed everybody chowing down with smiles. The owner served us and recommended the mixed grilled fish. The platter came shortly containing 5 types of BBQ'ed fish. Swordfish, sea bass, bream, tuna steak and cabbard. Delish! enough food for 4 peeps. We devoured it and were completely satisfied. The bill seemed wrong as it was so cheap but it was accurate making this the best value restaurant in Lagos. 10/10

A nice restaurant located in the heart of Lagos, where one can have the fish "rodizio" for a low price with fantastic food! A place to visit if you want good fish!

We found this restaurant by chance at the back of the Tivoli Hotel.
Quite simply the best authentic Portuguese restaurant I've eaten in yet and this is my 4th visit to Lagos.
No frills, just superbly fresh fish cooked on an outside charcoal grill.
I had Tuna and I have never seen as fresh a piece of fish as this. Others had Sole and again extremely good.
Greeted with a sherry and a herring dish as a couvert ( not stale bread and tins of sardine paste that everywhere else pushes)
