The rock formations at this location are spectacular. Just follow the coast road for a few hundred metres from the church. If you feel adventurous, take the path indicated by the 'fish' sign down a rocky cliff to the sea. Retrace your steps to the top of the cliff, and then continue along the path towards Algar Seco. The views there are spectacular. I would recommend a visit at sunset to appreciate fully the beauty of the scene.
