We visited this restaurtant twice previously and on a recent visit in April decided to pay another visit. On previous visits we had the €16 for four courses menu, but it was not available on the night we visited. However this might have been to our advantage as the A La Carte offers a very good choice. We opted for the cover and it was very good and plentiful. 3 types of bread, butter, olives and pate. We skipped starter and for mains we both opted for the sea bream. This was cooked to perfection and presentation was expert, no bones just beautiful, white, flaky fish. The vegetables were fresh and again perfectly cooked. The manager Anibal (?) is really friendly and the chef has to be one of the best in Carvoeiro (no mean feat!). Do not be mislead that that this restaurant is in a complex, it is a first class restaurant , the ambiance, the staff and the food would compete with any good restaurant anywhere.
