Table for 3 Wednesday 13 August. We all had 5 course tasting menu washed down with 2 bottles of excellent Douro white. The food was superb, amuse bouche ,octopus carpaccio, sea bream and pork, very nouvelle cuisine style but substantial and filling. Staff very attentive, all food arrived at same time and plates similarly removed, Swiss watch efficiency. The presence of a musician added to the ambience. This is a quality restaurant serving excellent food in a very nice location. Total bill for 3 = €140. Astounded at some of the negative reviews, restaurant "cold" (in August???), and the person who claimed it was like "fast food joint" obviously knows nothing about good restaurants. Go - you won't be disappointed.
