“Quiet and relaxing”
Reviewed September 26, 2010

Stayed here with my mum and a friend in a one bedroomed apartment 10th - 25th September. Arrived at 11.00 am and was orginally told our room would not be available until 2.00 pm, but by 12 our room was ready and we were able to check in and unpack.
Apartment very spacious and clean, well equipped kitchen, the lack of a kettle wasn't really a problem and we cooked on several nights. Both the reception staff and bar staff were very polite and friendly, especially Telma and Juci.
Pool area and gardens very well kept, the only negative was there didn't seem to be enough umbrellas and sunbeds for the number of people staying there. We were always around the pool early, so this wasn't particularly a problem for us.
Two good supermarkets and several lovely restaurants within 10 minutes of the apartments.
These apartments were about 15 minutes away from the strip, so you don't experience all the noise and rowdiness that comes with it.
Easy enough to get to places from here - was about 10 euros return trip into old town and 20 euros return trip to Algarve Shopping Centre.

Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here 6-16 Sept with husband, and my mum and dad. Massive rooms, very clean and well equipped (but no kettle - boil water on hob using saucepan). Air con was available, you need to reduce the reading on the hand held remote to 20 degrees to get the room cool (it was about 30 degrees at least while we were there). No english channels on TV but not a prob for us. Here are the positives:
Good location, very quiet. Clean spacious rooms with lovely pool area, pool bar/snacks at reasonable prices. Walk up steep hill to road and there are about 10-15 restaurants/bars + a couple of supermarkets and an exchange facility. The beach is about 700 metres away. Friendly staff, intercom available in room direct to reception if you need. The strip area which is more lively is about 15-20 min stroll. Few negatives for us though, namely: there were only approx 6 parasol shades around the pool area for approx 40 sunbeds. Three of them were non-functional too. This was a huge problem for us as we need to lay in shade as can't take full sun. Management told us they had masses of parasols at beginning of season but most had broken and they had not replaced them. So we used the Ourapraia Hotel pool - turn left at top of hill, walk past supermarket and round corner and you will see wooden steps up to the pool area. Free to get in, masses of sunshades and comfortable beds/pool bar/snacks etc. Other negative for us was the bar closed at 11.30pm so you couldn't stroll back later than that and have a night cap before retiring to bed. There were very few staff around to be honest most of the time we were there. Although a good location for able bodied, it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as there is no lift available to get you up with your cases when you arrive (or back down). We were on top floor and my parents on 2nd so it was a job to get up the stairs with heavy cases (and my dad found the stairs quite tough going, plus walking up the steep hill when you exit the apartments). The beach is down too so you have a hill to come up - fine if able bodied but not otherwise. Other than that we had a lovely time!

My partner and i were looking for a quiet relaxing holiday with the option of a few nights out if we fancied it. This Self Catering Appartment, studio which was a really good size with a seperate kitchen, 3 beds and a dining area was ideal. 10-15minute walk from the strip in Albufeira, and same to the beach. Spotlessly clean, maids were fantastic.
Pool area was lovely. No entertainment within the apartments which we were fine with but if you are looking for that within your complex this isnt for you. Within a minutes walk though there is a street with around 10-15 bars and restaurants where we spent the majority of our time rather than hitting the strip. Would definately go back to these apartments, they were quiet, clean and the staff were there if you needed assistance. We had a room without aircon and it was still bareable however without having to ask a fan appeared in our room some days after arriving.

Well myself and my partner, my partners sister and her fiancee (all in late 20s) and their dad (50s) stayed at these apartments in May 2010, well what a shock they are fantastic the reviews do NOT give it the justice it deserves at all!
For the price we paid it was fantastic, I would have paid more knowing how good it was, the rooms are massive, and the kitchens have everything you need, some days we stayed there for lunch and made alsorts of things (that we got from the supermarket down the road)
Pool is lovely, tiny bit cold but you get used to is once you are in there - lovely complex really was - only downside was we had some annyoing people above us that wanted to move furniture around till all hours ie:6am then also walked around with heels on to the point where they woke us up, we shouted to them and they stopped - next morning straight to reception and and complained and they had had so many complaints they threw the group out so problem solved straight away!!
staff are all lovely they really are - try and get a balcony with pool view my father in law had one it was great at night to sit and watch the world...
sorry only other thing was the beds, they arent the comfiest in the world but I am a female of 5'11 and havent slept in a single bed for over 20 years so I struggled, thats the only downfall I would say, if someone from the hotel is reading please think of your taller guests and get some double/king beds - seemed strange having to sleep in single beds - we pushed ours together but still not the comfiest!!
fantastic location and price and decor would recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if you are on facebook - there is a group on there that you can contact the hotel direct!!

Fifth visit to the Natura apartments , air conditioning units were being fitted while we were there( our room was next) , so a bit noisey at times .Everything else was as usual clean and tidy . Ate at a great restaurant in the old town called Cassanovas and was well impressed. Still struggled to find really top notch grub at competetive prices (Cucinas pizza/pasta restaurant still about the best near to the apartments ) The American diner is a good place for the first day if you do not know the area.
A good mix of nationalities at the apartments and everyone seemed friendly especially an ELDERLY Irish couple who drank all our beer and wine ; kept us up way past our bedtimes and disturbed our neighbours .
The staff are all friendly and helpful especially Juci.

We had been 5 nights in Natura apartments for a long weakend in a 1 bedroom apartment with pool view. We decide book this apartments because locacion is excellent, in a quit area but very easy walking to famous strip, restaurants and Oura beach and price had been very good too. We had know that this apartments had been recently refurnisch and Hotel manegement had change too ( in the past this apartments was very bad ).
For us, the worst was the Kitchen, we eat always in restaurants but we like do the breakfast but kitchen was so bad that we decide go away too. I think others apartements have better kitchen because we sow many guests use it but ours was really bad.
However, all other thinks are vey nice and we will return.
Good points:
excelent locacion
basic but new and nice decoration and furniture
very clean
friendly staff
very nice pool area
quit apartments
good size apartments
nice pool bar open all day until midnight
wasching machine
big varanda and terrace and small and not hight building
Bad points:
very old kitchen and equipment ( but new kitchen utilities like disch, glass etc )
bathroom could be refurnisch ( but very clean ).
