No towels for 3 days
Ran out of paper cups, soft drinks, vodka, bottled water
Broken hot drinks machine, cig machine, sun loungers.
Apparently there were 5 robberies of apartments in 1 week. Some guests had no towels or cleaners for over a week.
NO air conditioning.
Staff obviously extremely over worked.

We stayed here for a week on all inclusive basis just don't know where to start
Firstly the apartment had dirty socks in it and the smell in the bathroom was unbearable in a week never got clean towels dispute asking over 5 times.
Secondly the food was terrible no choice and hardly eat we ended up eating out just to get some decent food inside us
Thirdly in the week we were there 4 apartments were broken into so we had to carry out passports and money with us at all times
I came home so very upset and have put a formal complaint in with the site we used to book it

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in block C4. The apartment was clean, spacious and well laid out. It was also a little more modern than I had expected. We had no problems with hot water, the towels were not threadbare (as many have experienced) and neither were there any cockroaches!

Whilst the room did not include a safe, there were security "grills" on the windows and balcony doors which could be easily closed when leaving the apartment. Also, the front door had a good double lock on it, so I was not concerned about potential thefts.

The hotel is in a good location; just 10 minutes walk (downhill) to the beach and the Old Town.

I've read stories about restrictions on the number of drinks you can order at the bar at any one time, but I did not experience this. However, I was only in a group of 4 (including two teenaged children) so maybe it's different for stag and hen groups.

Now for the negatives!

The food was awful. Edible, but awful. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, but we ended up eating out for most of the time. It's interesting to note that people who are not staying on an all inclusive basis and order food by the pool seem to get a better service and better quality food!

The beds were hard!

We stayed in our apartment for one week and not once was it cleaned; despite repeated requests to reception. We also had to go to reception to obtain clean towels. There seemed to be more interest in watering and maintaining the grass areas than tending to housekeeping matters!

In summary, was it value for money? No (if you're paying for all inclusive). Would I revisit? No. Was it the horror experience that many have reported? No.

So after booking 3 night stay in jardim i read review's and was not impressed to say the least.however i was pleasantly surprised on arrival if your going looking for 5*quality its not for you if you just expecting value for money no worrys in my opinion. Rooms were dated but clean. Beds and sheets imaculate. Usually 3 choice menu pasta, meat, veg, salad, chipsfresh bread and soup.small selection of dessert inc icecreams. No lifts and lots of steps but the whole of the old town is hills and steps staff were friendly infact could say amazing following an incident on 13th aug . really cant see why all the negative reviews you get what you pay for no frills just a holiday base close to amenities.
