Chef José Júlio Vintém's kitchen is amazing. His starting point are local products and old time recipes. He incorporates tachnique and geniality, achieving dishes which are masterpieces in their perfectcly balanced yet bold taste and appearance.
He mainly only uses seasonal local products so you can visit thoughout the year, there'll allways be nice new things to try.
This review might sound biased since I'm friends with the chef, but I think I know what I'm talking about... Just try it and then let me know if you agree. Not to be missed in you're in the northern part of Alentejo.
